You wouldn’t know it by reading this, but I’m through traveling home to Denver. Done.

Last time brought record snowfall within 24 hours. This time brought record sub-zero temperatures within 24 hours. What the hell did I ever see in that city anyway? I never saw my toes. My testicles never saw the day of light. What’s the point?

To rub sidewalk salt in my open, cracked, wind-chapped lips, even the Mayor of Denver asked me to refrain from visiting. Little does he know I brought with me some exotic Japanese flu virus. Laid me the fu*k out, ya’ll.

Incubation period seems to be about 3-5 days. Look for Niagara Falls-like nose drip, followed by rib-splitting sinus head pressure and complete loss of strength to even dry yourself. Accompanied by flu pooh and subsequent whooping cough.

My God, the whooping.
